An afternoon where we will tap into our yin and yang with a feel good Pilates flow and a deep release session for body and face.
During the Pilates flow, we focus on building deep strength to feel centered on and off the mat. In the release session, we’ll dive into deep tissue to find complete relaxation. A facial yoga session with tools by Monnie with Mila to complete the afternoon is going to leave you rejuvenated.
We will provide snacks and drinks and make sure you will leave feeling strong and centered, but completely relaxed at the same time.
