This class draws inspiration from the ballet barre, but don’t worry, no dance experience is necessary! Barre combines the best elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Get ready for a high-energy workout set to great tunes. We’ll engage in both big movements and target those smaller muscles for a comprehensive workout. Strengthen your entire body while boosting flexibility and stamina. Embrace the shake, and let’s have some fun!
